Field Service Technician - Full Time Travel

We are a leading manufacturer of Thermwood CNC Machines and Large-Scale Additive Machines, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to travel both domestically and internationally, installing and servicing our state-of-the-art machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to client sites to install, service, and perform diagnostic work on Thermwood CNC Machines and Large-Scale Additive Machines.
- Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients, addressing their needs efficiently and professionally.
- Collaborate with the engineering and support teams to diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical and electrical background with a proven track record in industrial maintenance is preferred, however, training is an option
- Experience in CNC maintenance and repair is preferred
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively while on the road.
- Previous experience in customer service, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, as required by the role.
