We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Paint Prep and Painter to join our team at Thermwood Corporation, a leading manufacturer of CNC machines and Industrial 3D printers. If you have a passion for quality work and are eager to contribute to innovative projects, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
ü Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.
ü Apply paint and finishes to various components safely and efficiently.
ü Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate application.
ü Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
ü Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain high standards of quality.
Qualifications:
ü Ability to work safely and efficiently with hand and power tools.
ü Proficiency in reading blueprints.
ü Previous experience in industrial or automotive painting is preferred; however, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this field.
