What You'll Do
- Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
- Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
- Fit, align, and weld parts to precise specifications
- Inspect welds to ensure quality and structural integrity
- Operate grinders and other fabrication equipment as needed
- Work closely with production teams to meet manufacturing schedules
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
- Ability to read blueprints and work from technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to safely lift materials and stand for extended periods
